Senior Accountant

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client, a leading sales, service, and distribution company, is looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join their growing team. The company is a strategic supplier of equipment for a world-leading commercial HVAC manufacturer.

Position Overview:

The Senior Accountant will be an experienced accounting professional responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close for a growing organization. The role involves partnering with operations, sales, and leadership teams to provide financial insights, manage inventory controls, and improve accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll support, and General Ledger activities.
• Manage inventory accounting and monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for business operations.
• Support QuickBooks Enterprise, Salesforce, and ADP systems.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with external CPA firms on tax and audit-related matters.
• Mentor accounting staff and support cross-functional business initiatives.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
